However, it seems that the netizens will have to wait another season to watch the actor on their small screens. With the announcement of Bigg Boss OTT season 3, a few days ago, chatter around the contestants has been increasing. Amid it all, the makers also dropped a unique promo to let the audience know that season three of Bigg Boss OTT will be hosted by Anil Kapoor.
Now, in a new announcement, the makers have revealed that the show will start streaming on Jio Cinema on June 21, 2024. The netizens have expressed their excitement over the same. With reports of contestant lists making rounds on social media, it will be exciting to see what the makers have in store for the audience. The new posted was shared on Instagram, with the caption, “Presenting ‘Anil Kapoor’ as the new host for Bigg Boss OTT 3!!! Opening up about hosting the controversial reality show, the 67-year-old actor stated that he is excited to learn something new. Quoted by Indian Express, his statement read, “We are both young at heart. People often say, jokingly, that I’m reverse aging, but Bigg Boss is seriously timeless. It feels a bit like going back to school and trying something new and exciting. Having said that, I’ve always approached all my projects with sincerity and a commitment to hard work and I’m going to bring that same energy (10 times) to Bigg Boss!
